Taps and Kegs is owned and operated by Tim Hall who personally undertakes all maintenance work.  With more than 25 years of experience in pubs and clubs, Tim has extensive experience in front of house and back of house hospitality operations including draught beer system operation and maintenance.  

As a Duty Manager Tim, took on the responsibility for cellar maintenance for almost 10 years including ensuring beer taps and keg couplers were serviced regularly every six months.  This maintenance program contributed to better beer quality and reduced wastage.
