Taps and Kegs is owned and operated by Tim Hall, who personally carries out all maintenance work. With over 25 years of hands-on experience in pubs and clubs, Tim brings  knowledge of both front-of-house and back-of-house hospitality operations, including the specialised care of draught beer systems.

As an employee and now business owner,Tim take responsible for cellar maintenance, ensuring beer taps and keg couplers were serviced proactively to ensure consistently better beer quality and significantly reduced wastage—benefits that continue to define the service offered today.
